Phil provided conference attendees with an overview of recently enacted Maine legislation designed to improve energy efficiency, expand renewable energy in the state and reduce price volatility. " Maine is at the forefront on these important issues," said Phil. "The Maine Legislature has worked in a bipartisan way to confront our energy challenges, and we need to bring that same spirit to intrastate discussions."
